so I changed the format of my blog today

Hello All,

So yep I changed the format of my blog, I think it kinda looks legal hehe cute. Now I just gotta beg RJ to put back all of the cool stuff that he put on here earlier.

So hmm whats new with me, not too much same old same old. Working (if you can call it that), still be harassed by my parents about now finding a real job and just generally tired with everything ya know! Oh I am have been bike riding everywhere with RJ which has been really good for the both of us, I think anyways.

We are going camping this weekend which hopefully will be a nice break from everything and hopefully there will be fabulous weather as well. Because hello I need some colour, I could be invisible tee hee.

So ya here is my story from work from ohhh Monday night, this woman, which a small child freaks out at me infront of a line full of people because all of the luncheables are off code. Now, of course I understand why she is upset because I assume that the luncheable was going to be taken with the child for their lunch tomorrow and had she have not been fairly attentive the child might have eaten expired meat and cheese, which is horrible I get it. But, I do not work in the meat department, and I checked the expiration date on every product that came up to the cash I would never leave the store and neither would half of the customers. Secondly, I think this sets a horrible standard and precedent for the way public servants are treated, I mean she screamed at me infront of her child, who is now gonna grow up thinking its alright to yell at ppl who work at store that just made you mad. Which is not fair to anyone, her reaction almost made not want to tell anyone or do anything about the situation, because why shouldn't the meat manager get yelled at for this, why do I get it? But oh well they were pulled of the shelf so all is well again :)

I dunno though the more I work in service the more I never want my children to have too! So, lets just remember this little rant as our lesson for today, remember to be nice to your cashier's because the could snap and you might be the next in line ~~ wuahhahaha heheh

what a week

I know its been some time since I have posted, truthfully I have just not really felt like writing it all down. RJ's great grandfather passed away last thursday night, so then it was a huge scramble to get our work schedules changed so that we could attend the viewing and the funeral. We finally did this, and then the funeral day was moved from Monday to Tuesday (thanks to RJ's crazzy/tiny grandmother, who told everyone the wrong day), so ya then we had to changed everything again, and it was too late for RJ to get rid of his deli shift on Tuesday so it was just going to be a huge rush home.

Tuesday was just a horrible day all around, RJ's mom calls freaking out because we are a little late, which we were not, RJ had to get at least 3-4 hours of sleep that morning, so she knew we could not leave until 12:00pm that day and the funeral service did not start until 2pm so we had plenty of time, but she wanted us there early so RJ could say goodbye, hello she knows that RJ doesn't like to go up to the casket so that was out of the question anyways, needless to say we got there at 1:30, and waited for a half an hour before the serviced started. We knew that we were not going to be able to go to the burial site, because it was suppose to begin at 3:30 and we had to leave then to get RJ back for his 5pm shift. However, the service ran until 4:15, we had to move it, I called the store and explained what happened, and that we would be there as soon as possible, RJ was driving like a mad man on the 401 - doing 120 the whole way we got back around 5:15ish in mississauga, but as usually the traffic is worst here, so we didn't get into the store until 5:40, but we made it, so that is all that matters right. The day was just emotional and stressful for everyone I think.

So thats kinda why there hasn't been many posts lately I have just not really wanted to talk about it yet. OTher stuff has being going on lately as well, but I will get into that later.

I hope everyone has had a good week, and I can't wait for our camping weekend, nothing to do but relax and enjoy everyone's company (well relax after the setting up is all done that is hehehe- hmm that reminds moi, I still have to get something to sleep on hmmmm) toodles all
