my roommates

Well I have a tiny little rant about my roommates today.......generally they are 3 very nice girls, one I never see because she is a frosh (first year for those of you don't know the system heheh) and she is super shy, I never really see her cook much, the occaisional use of the microwave is what I usually see....but she seems really nice...

The other two I lived with last year and they are really nice....its just that lately one of them (no names used just in case) is turning down the heat all of the time and then my room is freezing in the morning and I hate waking up in the cold ya know err. Secondly, it seems like every time I go to get something of mine in the kitchen, such as a knife or even just a pot, it is either not there or its dirty, I can't believe how bad it is getting....so that is why I am venting here - I mean I am all for sharing, but I would never leave someone elses things dirty ya know my goodness!!

Anyways onto more interesting things:
Funny story from last night though -- see I recieve this newsletter from the Knot.com which is wedding site, that I signed up for when RJ's brother asked him to be his best man - to prove to RJ that he had a lot more responsibilies than making sure that the striper's get to the bachelor party on time -- soooooo, anyways long story short the newsletter this week was all about engagement rings, so I was looking through them - and I found this beautiful engagement and wedding ring set - however it was like $3000 dollars and up, I love how they put up, you know nothing is actually 3000 dollars who are they kidding --
Anyways I forwarded it to RJ so that he could take a look at them....and then he shruely asks me last night if I am digging for an engagement ring - I was like hmph no, it just happened that was topic of the newsletter so there -- so now he is convinced that I am trying to hint towards something -- but trust me sweetie I am not -- anyways just a warning the sooner you propose the sooner, the marriage classes begin at my Church hehehe -- and I know how much you are looking forward to that tee hee!! love you!!

Well wowo I have been typing for awhile, gotta get myself ready for Oprah - fingers crossed for no repeat heheh -- I am stuck in guelph all weekend, so I think you will read more posts then usual! Have a great weekend everyone.........toodles

last weekend!

Well Hello,

I thought I had better discuss last weekend before this weekend begins hehe - my bad! Well I had a good weekend, my dad picked me up on Thursday night at 9:30 after my night class very nice of daddy, since he has to wake up at 5:15am........so I got home and I had to begin my diet restriction for the tests the doctor wanted me to take on Monday and Tuesday - so I was not allowed to have chocolate, vanilla, cola, tomatoes, bannanas and aspirin, well the first night and all of Friday was alright.....but oh my goodness Saturday the caffeine withdrawl hit me like a shot......I woke up at 8am with a headache, and its bad when you wake up with a headache......so anyways, I read a little for my computer quiz, but was in no mood to take it, so then I got ready for work at 2pm, I only worked until 7, so I thought I could survive the 5 hr shift, but I was mistaken......but the time I had my break at 4:30ish, I was feeling horrible, so I wasn't sure if I could even make it out to dinner with RJ, but I said I would try, so we went to dinner, which helped a little, except for the fact that I had to have apple juice yicky, so I said I would go the C+C event and see how I was doing from there, but I starting to feel phsically kinda ill, so I had to leave, which was crappy, because we were playing cool board games...so I went home and fell asleep on the couch, until oh about 1am, when my woke me up, then I went to bed and slept until 8am the next morning, which was really good, cuz I felt 100% better after that!!

I had to work at 10am, so I had plenty of time to pack before I left for work, which was great, I also finally got around to trimming Raider's fur, he has this huge bunch of fur on top of his head, which the lady that we bought him from left it longer then he other fur, well now it is falling into his eyes, so I pulled it all back and starting cutting away, he didn't seem to mind, but the strange puppy tried to eat the fur that was falling on the floor, silly 10 month old doggie.....so we had a little disagreement about that, but I got it away from him and he looks a lot better and he can see again, which is always important!

My parents drove me home that afternoon and they stayed for dinner we went to Eastside Mario's which was great, but I had a hard time finding things that I could eat, because of my stupid restriction, and of course my dad is tempting me with chocolate cheesecake, he's like they won't know just have a little bit, but I was strong, and I had made through the 3 days and I wasn't gonna mess up now with one more day a few hours to go.........but it was great food - the only probably is they have too many tables jammed into the main area, I mean it gets super busy in guelph because everyone from the University seems to go for dinner at the same time, so it was getting full when we got there....but come one I don't need to be eating of other's tables plates and it feels like you can actually do it!!!

So, finally I got home around 6ish, studied for a little longer for my computer class quiz, and then the website wasn't working, so I was freaking out a little bit.....cuz hello today is the last day to take it.......so I emailed the prof explaining the situation, and she was like no worries you can take it tomorrow if it doesn't work.......but I finally got in around 10pm, so at least it was over with, I got 8/10 -- woowhoo 80%, but the two questions I didn't know, I don't even know where they were in the book, so really I have decided that they were not my fault so hmphhh!!!

This week has been good, working away on some assignments and doing lots of reading -- although I am kinda bored, I had not coming home on the weekend, but I have to prepare my seminar for next thursday, so I gotta go to the library and make lots of overheads and stuff......so its better if I stay -- even though my adorable RJ can't come up this weekend because of work and because he had to take his car in this morning to the mecanic because the radiator is leaking......another 250 bucks he doesn't have, the car always does this, once he gets ahead on his credit cards another things goes wrong with it, I think the car secretly knows he is a pain in the ass -- and I know I am referring to the car as a boy, even though RJ say's that cars have to be girls, I don't agree at all hehehe!!

Anyways I should run and finish some more reading before my 4 o'clock class rolls around and then my horrible night class - pls on a thursday that is just wrong!! but oh well what can ya do!! Enjoy your day everyone and I hope to see you all soon toooooodles!!!

Whats going on!!

I can't believe it, I didnt post yesterday Wednesday is always my posting day, cuz I have no classes, but yesterday I was busy studying for this stupid computer quiz, its only 10 questions but that is stressing me out even more, cuz its only out of 10 ahhhh!!! I finally finished my notes this morning......wohoo -- I am gonna take the quiz at home because my internet connection is faster and a little more stable, then the one at school - just in case ya know!!!

Well I found out something shocking on Monday, during my Women, Justice and Public Policy seminar --- there was a judge in 1998, during a sexual harassment case, that said "that women are like rule, they are meant to be violated " -- can you believe that in our time and day, that this still goes on, I was in shock!! thought I would share!

A big thank you to lin's for responding my earlier post -- apparently no else can type durng his 8 hour shift in front of 4 computers hmph -- hehehe just kidding RJ-poo!!! hahah I called you poo!! ummmm what else is new not much!!!

My continuing battle of finding out what is wrong with me and my high blood pressure continues -- doing lots of tests --- this weekend I can't have any vanilla, chocolate, tomatoes, coffee, tea or cola and not even any asprin - can you believe that -- all I drink is pop -- I am gonna die, its gonna happen --- and it really sucks cuz RJ is making a cake this week for the C+C event -- and oh no none for Liz, but hopefully I can con him into make muffins for next weekend hehe xoxo pls!!!

Well sorry for the short post, but I gotta run, gotta get some lunch in before I got to my lecture......but I am coming home tonight, so I will see everyone really soon!! until then, have a great day and a great friday too!! got it!!

noticed something funny today!!

Hey whats going on??

Well I noticed something funny today, I emailed my sister (Helen) early this morning, to ask her about possibly doing RJ's taxes for him this year, cuz she does mine, since she is the accountant in the family that is her alloted job and duty (but sushhh dont tell her)hehehe.

So, anyways our little nick-name for each other is Butskie, I dunno when it started, or how but it began!! BUt the funny thing that I noticed is how it has evolved over the years.......I mean from the time I was like 4 until probably 18 it was just soley Butskie, but now when we email each other, it has morphed into Butskie-Ball, Bulita-Butt (don't ask hehe) and even the occaision ezbeth, because I couldn't prononce my name as a kid........

Also my brother (Brian), was referred to as Buddy, because as a kid, Brian changed into Buddy, who knows how, but the strange thing is that we have gotten passed this, he know refers to be as Elizabeth, and I will usually call him Brian, or Bri-Bri, to shake it up!!

So I was just wonder if anyone has any crazzy nicknames in their family's that began when their were children, but still exist to this very day???!!! let me know, thought I would just pose some questions and stir the pot hehehe wuhhhhaaaa (evil laugh)!!

might be short today!

Hey Whats Up?

Wowo, I haven't posted since last Thursday that is really bad of me...sorry about that....I havent been feeling that great lately...not so much physically sick or anything, just tired of stuff - does anyone ever get like that!!

I mean I had a great weekend, but once I got back to school on Sunday, I just felt blah. I mean the stupidest things in the world were getting to me, the fact that our living room and kitchen is a disaster because one of my roommates has her boyfriend here over the weekend, and he usually stays until early Tuesday, and apparently they need to use every possible dish and glass that is in this house....the kitchen was disgusting.....so that just kinda ticked me off a bit and it just went down hill from there, then RJ (my usually cute and adorable boyfriend), was quite sad on Sunday night, and I couldn't figure out why, so that made me feel worst -- not that it was his fault at all, because everyone is entitled to a crappy day.....also my dad has just been crazzily hounding me lately about getting a job after school is done, and he acts like I am gonna walk out of graduation and there is gonna be people standing there waiting to hire me - it just doesnt work that way -- and my degree is not really in high demand, so I know I am gonna be searching for awhile and he doesn't understand that and that just aggravates me a little....

And tomorrow I have to go back to the doctor to get my results and I am just dreading it --- cuz I half know that all she is gonna say is loose weight, that will make it all better -- because over my years of hearing about doctors if you don't drink or smoke the next thing on their list if they don't know whats wrong with you is weight. And no I am not in denial, I completely realize that I weigh way too much, partly cuz I eat too much and secondly cuz I really never exercise, so definitely my fault on both accounts, but seriously she acts like I can turn my entire life around in a week, so was like why don't you do this, why not go to the dietician on campus -- well hello large people tend not like to talk about their weight a lot, I just couldn't believe she had never considered that as a possible reason.

But, oh well -- I still hoping that nothing is wrong and the results will have come back stating that!!! fingers crossed !!

Anyways I think I have complained enough. I hate my own voice sometimes.......I promise to be more cheery tomorrow -- I will...will it to happen hehehehe.............if not at least by the time I graduate in April okay hahahah me funny!! talk to you all later !!

good day!

Hey Everyone,

Today has been a good day.......I have accomplished a lot and its only 2:30, which doesn't happen to me often so I thought I should share. Well I actually got up at 8:30-9:00 like I promised myself, usually if there is no real motivation like a class or an assignment to go to or get done, I never get up on time, but today I was good.....I waited for RJ to call for a bit, but then I realized he was having dinner/breakfast with his dad, and he had told me that he wasn't gonna behome until 10am, so I thought I will have my shower so I can go to the library right after we chat......but of course, RJ called while I was in the shower, as usual...always happens, I leave my room for two mins someone calls, I think it is just fate.

Then I finally called my doctor back to make an appointment to find out about my test results from my blood pressure monitor thingy......I had to make the appointment for next thursday......which is alright, just kinda wanted to get it over with but oh well~

Then, I left for the library, I needed some course reserves, and I like to get them early otherwise I forget about them, and then I am scrambling around at the last minute for them. So, I got there and it cost me like 12 bucks to photocopy all of this stuff, it was insane, but it had to be done, I still have one more chapter to get but it was like 60 pages long, and i didn't feel like spending another 6 bucks as bad as that sounds heheh...

So, then I left the library around 11:30.....I stopped at the front desk of my building to get first some garbage bags, cuz we haven't had any since Sunday, and I think my other roomate is revolting because she is the one who always gets them, I mean I feel bad that she does that, but I never go into the building, she is in there like 3 - 4 times a day for coffee so hello, why not walk the two extra steps to get the garbage bags, but oh well, I did it -- they only gave me 3 though, I am like give me a bunch so I don't have to come back ya know but oh well.........then I put in a work order for the heat in my room -- it was cold before I left for Christmas holiday's, but once I got back, it seemed to have worsen, like I was getting no heat, which is fine when RJ is here because he is own internal heating machine, but I am always cold, so I need the heat ya know -- so anyways the repair man was just over and now it working awesome.....nice and toasty woohoo!!

I just finished up my notes from my other class on Tuesday......and I just have to pack now, because I have my 4-5:20 class then my night class from 7-10, and my dad will be ready to go at 10 pm sharp, so I gotta be ready hehehe......ahh I can't wait to come hope I feel like I have been here for two months already and its been a week how bad is that huh!! heeheh........have a great weekend everyone, I will try to post tomorrow when I am home, but its sooo difficult because Raider likes to scratch at my computer when I am typing, I think he is trying to talk to me hahhaha......toodles

Kind of a boring day!!!

Yep I have decided that Wednesday's are gonna be sooo boring, they probably won't be as horrible once I actually have some school work to do, but oh my today, I think I cleaned everything in my room possible I was sooo bored, and of course watched at lot of A&E because I love all the crime shows in the afternoon hehe!!

NOw its like 7:45, and I am reading my course outlines, how sad is that.....I could start reading for my classes, but I am still in some denial about being back at school already, I keep thinking soon I will be home very soon again, but oh no, not for another 4 months which is not horrible, but still seems so far away ya know!!

It is sooo weird to be home wednesday nights now, I had a night class last semester, so it feels kinda weird to be sitting here at this time......I dunno even know whats on tv at this time of night heheh.

But anyways, my parents just called so I gotta jet, but I will hopefully be able to post tomorrow........tooodles

I promised!!!

Hey Everyone,
I hope everyone had some great time off and enjoyed their holidays!. RJ said that he would post when I post, so hahah to him, now you have to post tonight at work honey hehehe, love you!

Anyways, my holiday's were good....very busy, I still feel like I need a vacation, but I guess that is sorta typical right. My Christmas was great I recieved a whole bunch of lovely things...too many to mention and my dad even paid for my books this semester so that was a great gift that I received yesterday woohoo!!

New Years was actually fun, I had my doubts, because Rich forced the idea of going to the kingdom on RJ and I, but I actually had a great time there. There was only 6 of us there together but it was still good times, it was not as packed as it usually is there, so that was a nice change. We all crashed at RJ's mom's house which was good, because it was a short ride home, before Rich hurled (of which he blames RJ for, all because of that last shot right heheh). I for a change had the right amount of drinks to feel good, but I was fine that night and the next morning..so all was well. However, I think RJ's mom's dog thinks that we were all drunk, he seemed confused when we got in, but his intution told him that RIch was gonna be sick, so he stayed with him all night....how sweet is that puppy huh!!!

Next, morning RJ and I hung out with his mom for a little while longer, and then we went and got some food, cuz we were starving and as thirsty as could be, so we ended up at TUrtle Jacks an awesome restaurant in Burlington, if you are ever there........then we went to our respective homes and got a little more sleep. My nap was cut a little short because of a 7months old cocker spaniel named Raider who preceeded to walk all over me on the couch, how rude eheheh!! I think I moved or something and he thought I was awake so he decided to bring me a toy...silly puppy!! BUt he is adorable so what can you do ya know!!! RJ and I then rented some movies - of which was Jeepers Creepers 2, which was pretty good....I mean it could never be as scary as the first when I saw it, but it was alright, I liked it!! And we also saw the league of extraordinary gentlemen, which was also good, to my amazement...I liked it.....I kinda feel bad now, for not going to the theater to see it with RJ, my bad!!

I also worked alot during the holidays, so that kinda made it seem to go by in a blur as well...work was getting better towards the end there, but still everyone acts sooo petty there ya know, I mean I understand most of them are in high school so its kinda expected, but it gets annoying ya know....so tiring to deal with everyday!! so its good to get away for awhile!

Oh RJ and I also received some good news, RJ's mom is thinking about rented out her townhouse, and look for something bigger for herself.....so we might be able to rent it from her, this would be so awesome, I mean its a beautiful home, a lot of stairs but oh well....the only downfall is that it is in burlington, so we are far away from everyone,, but its not that horribly far away! However, I still have to break it to my parents that I moving in with RJ in July, oh nelly!!

Also I still waiting to hear back about my blood pressure monitor test thingy, but I will keep you all posted........hope everyone has a good first week back to work and school or both depending on whatcha do!!! Hope to see you all really soon!!!
