And finally she blogs!!

Phew, I have a lot of time to catch up on, so I will try my best -- just a warning I have horrible injury on my left index finger, first it was a paper cut under my nail, then the skin started to peel, to which I pulled of the skin off (cuz I am strange like that), so now there is a lot less skin there then there should be and it really hurts whenever I touch something, washing my hair this morning was a challange, shampoo really stings -- but anyways, here we go.....

Well I went home a week ago for reading week, my dad picked me up on thursday night as usual. I had to work all day friday, so I had something small to eat, then went to bed, after a little chitter-chat with my RJ. Friday was a busy day, I worked 9-4, then I had to go to the mall (well walmart) to get everyone's valentine's day gifts, since I had left my wallet in my dad's car, I couldn't do anything that week...it was horrible. I went to the new Walmart -- oh my lord capitalism at its best, I think they have things ppl don't even know they need yet ------ but anyways, I got all my shopping done, spent like 100 dollars, well not all that was on my loved-ones however, I got some nail polish remover, and chapstick and even some shampoos, it was great--- I found everything that I wanted in like 45 mins which was good, cuz I wanted to get home!! So I was leaving walmart and I set off the alarm thingy, because the cashier forgot to deactivate the CD's that I bought -- and they have a lady standing there to write this down in a log, its unbelievable that is her job, we have one at work, but we fill it in when we get a chance ya know!! But anyways, I went outside, and then realized that I could walk through south common mall still to get to the bus depot at the back, which was good, cuz it was cold outside....the second I got to the buses, my bus showed up, it was great, I was home in record time...I was only gone for about an hour! sweet!!

Umm I got RJ the 90's vol 2 CD and some baking sheets and pans, which isn't very romantic but he swore that was what he really wanted, so I thought he would enjoy them, I got my dad some really old CD's from ppl I can't remember at the moment and my mom some candles and oils (she loves that stuff)...and of course Raider a new stuffed kitty, which is bright yellow and makes a horrible squeak noise, hey I am never there, let him go to town hehehe --- he loves the kitty, he carries him everywhere, even to bed - so aborable.

Umm that Friday we went to the Kingdom, which was cool cuz then I could sleep over at RJ's house woohoo (but the folks don't know that part my bad)....he made breakfast in the morning, only problem was that one of his pans seriously overheated and we set off the fire alarm in the apartment only though, but it was quite a funny moment....I went home around 11am, cuz I had to work at 2 and RJ had to work at 4, so ya!! Saturday night we went to see Monster, granted not that romantic for valentine's day, but I have been dying to see it...so we did and it was great - we went to East Side Mario's for dinner after....and we saw Parson's and finally met his girlfriend, that he has been living with for how long now....goodness -- but she seems really nice...so hopefully they will be around more often!

Sunday I worked from 9-2 which was good, because I had to finish my computer assignment that was due that night at 12 am --- so I was major pressure time, but once I got into it, it was alright, the ppl in my class are crazzy freaking out kinda ppl, I finished the assignment in like 2 hours, and I got a 91% pls these ppl are crazzy, but I guess its just first year gitters too, so I suppose I shouldn't critize should I!

I really didn't work much this past week, which kinda ticked me off..... its like I am home for one week until I am done in April and she gives me 15 hours, pls I worked 21 hours the previous weekend ya know!! But oh well, I did get a few more hours from ppl who needed me to take their shifts so that was alright!!
Although Friday I worked for 12 hours, the pay will be good, but I was dead, by the end of the night, RJ, RIch and I watched some movies, and then they were palying video games, I was probably asleep from 1am until like 2:20 sooo bad hehehe, but it was a great sleep!!

so that was kinda my week in a nutshell, I will chat more about the week later, but I gotta finish some reading, so I can take this online midterm tonight --yick!!

I'm Back

Hey all,
Sorry for the abrupt disappearance, but I was on reading week, and I didn't want to hang out on my computer at all, so I didn't -- I watched a whole lotta tv (cooking shows, ahhh how I miss them), attempted to teach Raider shake a paw, but I failed miserably, and of course I worked all week -- so sorry for the lack of updates, but I will have huge post later today okees -- gotta get ready for class ....... talk to you all soon

my parents

Hey Everyone,

The more and more I get closer to finishing school, the more I realize that I have done a really bad job at indicating to my parents that I am an adult - its sooo bad, I realize more and more that they still treat me like a child. I mean I understand that you always will be children to your parents, but sometimes I feel like telling them to let go now -- cuz I can't handle it much more!

My dad for example, had taken it upon himself that he will find me a doctor, and he wants me to go to his doctor who is a man -- and I know its stupid but I would really rather prefer going to a female doctor, its just a comforting thing to me - he gets all up on his high horse and got me an appointment with his doctor, then he was like well make up your own mind blah blah, so I do plan on finding a female doctor, and I know he is gonna be ticked off - but sometimes I feel like it is the only way to show them that I am not 5 years old.

Another thing is that I have a curfew -- and I dunno if many ppl still have these, actually I don't know anyone my age, that still has this -- I can't go out without telling there where I am, going away for the weekend, takes like a two week planning session to get them both in good moods before I ask -- I just don't get it!

The thing that scares me the most, is that once I get home this summer it is only gonna get worst and its going to come to the point, where I just leave, and I really do not want to leave on those terms -- that is how my brother ended up leaving a huge argument about whether or not he paid is rent -- but it seems like sometimes that is going to be the only choice ya know!!

Anyways, just thought I would rant a bit about that -- off to finish my midterm!!

My weekend!

Hey Everyone, wzup?

Well let me first start off by talking about my presentation from last Thursday -- well I think it went really well - the professor really seemed to like it -- I think I read a bit too much off of my page, but I do that when I get nervous, the discussion was great and the game also seemed to go over really well - I hope we did alright, because it was worth 25% of our final grade woohoo!!

I went home that night, I was a little late getting back too (one of my group members and I had to take the vcr and tv back to the basement and find the room and the mail box to put the key in, what a scavenger hunt this was heheh), so it was good that my dad did not have to work on Friday (it was his spa week) ....my dad even stopped at McDonalds for me, since I didn't have a chance to have dinner, it was very good, although we were in the drive-through for like 15 mins, and there were only 2 cars infront of us - very weird!!

Friday - well I had to work the big 9-4, so I was up early and I didn't fall asleep until fairly late....I am always wide-awake when I get home, I think it is just the excitement and of course Raider has a need to hang out in my room for a good 20 mins before he will head back to my parents room -- and you can't move without him trying to lick your face he is super affectionate, so even when you tell him to stop, he thinks your mad and tries to lick you more, strange puppy!! But, anyways work was really good - my boss left for Hawaii, the next day (business conference very nice) so she was in a great mood - and the store was busy enough, that we didn't have to pretend to be busy ya know --- so it was good - only prob was that I was done at 4 and RJ was starting work at 4, so ya that kinda sucked but he was done early anyways!!!
We went to LIcks for dinner yummy and watched all the tv shows that we both missed all week hehe -- such as survivor, CSI and a couple of episodes of Angel, so it was a great night -- we made milkshakes as well - and well mine ended up all over the counter, because I accidently un-screwed the entire base and everything came pouring out -- not pretty, but RJ fixed it and I cleaned up -- tee hee tooo much fun!!

Saturday - was busy -- I started at 12 - which was good cuz I got some great sleep and I made breakfast for everyone -- then I got ready and began my big day -- I had to work until 7pm -- which meant no time to get ready for the C+C murder mystery event -- so I had to everything ready - which I was suppose too before I left for work, but I couldn't decide what to wear -- so I had to go on my lunch and figure something out -- which was alright, because I had a good lunch and got a lot done tooo!!

The event was fantastic - I had a lot fun -- and the food was fantastic (yummy)....RJ was a great host for our section - although he complained about running up and down the stairs while serving everyone (but I think it is good for him, since he apartment as no stairs, he is forgetting what its like for the rest of us) hehehe -- just kidding with ya sweetie!!

Sunday - was good, I had to work at 10 -- so I was up by 9am - and it seemed tooo early, even though I went to bed at like 1am, the weekend was catching up to me! Work was good - listening usually to my co-workers complain, I guess since I am only there a couple of weekends out of a month, they feel they can share everything with me--- so ya that was alright! Then on of the girls who was too start at 2pm -- called in sick at like 12:15 so the cash office girl asked if I could stay until 5 -- so I called my dad since he was driving me home if that would be alright -- so I stayed until 5, which was good cuz then I worked a total of 20 hours this weekend, awesome extra pay!!

But I was soooo tired when I got home and I had a report and a quiz to do for my stupid computer class - but it all got done !! and I got 90% on the quiz sweet!!!

Although this morning what did I realize, I forgot my purse and wallet in the car, so now I have no money and no agenda which is not a huge deal, but oh well, I prefer having it up here -- but no matter I am home again this Thursday, because its my reading week!! wohoo!!

Anyways I should go for now, I hope to post tomorrow, but I have a take-home midterm to start so I might not get the chance too - but definitely Wednesday -- talk to you all soon!! toodles

Presentations stink

Hey Everyone,

I have been working on this presentation for THursday night for awhile now (its about bullying), it just seems like my group is not together ya know - I have sent a billion emails to both my partners, but they never anwer my questions, they respond to other things -- that is why I hate not getting together its really frustrating, but one of our partners lives in Mississauga, so she only comes to Guelph for classes, so we are meeting an hour before the presentation. I just don't like it -- its make nervous about the whole thing??

Today has been good I got up on time at 8:30 today because I had to make my overheads....which I have finished - although I might make some charts I haven't decided yet though, I dunno if they are right, like if I am reading the stats appropriately so I dunno we shall see!!

I still have sooo many notes to make for my computer quiz, but eh, if it gets done its gets done, I figure I can just study from the book if I have to !!

I miss my house- I cant wait to come home, I mean working is blah, but still I love being at home, I feel like I have less worries there if that makes any sense at all!! I mean they are all probably still there, but I am distracted by everyone haha!

Yick, I gotta get up early tomorrow to go the doctor's again - 9:15 horrible and its gonna be cold out there I know it is! I finally get my results back, from all the testing the doctor ordered, so hopefully I finally have some answers and can start doing something about my high blood pressure!!

Well I should go......and work some more on these notes! But I will try to post more later -- if I can !! toodles

my boring, school work filled weekend!

Hey Everyone,

Well this weekend was not exciting as usual. I was stuck in Guelph working on a few assignments. But I didn't get as much done as I wanted, but that is usually the case hehe. I read everything that I needed to for my computer quiz, but I still have to type up the notes, which is horrible because there is 4 chapters yick! Hmm what else, I finally finished organizing my presentation for this Thursday and sent the notes off to one of my group members, cuz apparently her parent's can photocopy them for free (awesome)....I was trying to work on my soc assignment which is due tuesday earlier tonight, but I was just not in the mood -- too much thinking this late at night and I think Survivor is gonna start soon wohoo!!

I think I spoke to RJ more on the phone this weekend, then in our 2 years and 2 months together hehehe......crazzy huh!!

This weekend finally allowed me to do some cleaning around this townhouse though - I cleaned all the floors and the tub woohoo - I always plan to do it, but eh, I always feel like its just gonna get dirty all over again ya know!

But anyways I should get going so much more work to do before bedtime -- hopefully early tonight!! toodles
