well since November 15th onward.........hhahah

Hey Everyone,
Long time no chat......well finally towards the end of Christmas, I got my internet fixed all up.....it was the modem which truthfully RJ kinda told me that was the problem in like early October, but I decided that it couldn't be. So, needless to say, the Rogers guy installed a new modem (which is a lot cuter than the old one, and really compact) and now the internet is perfect.....so really now there is no need to get a new computer, which make me really happy, cuz I'am really cheap. However, yesterday I did purchase a new printer, because the print head on my old printer is broken, how that happens I don't know, but it did - and it costs around 100 dollars for a new one, so pah I said and went and bought a new printer, which is a scanner and copier all in one, for like 200 bucks. Its really nice, it is also compatible with RJ's digital camera memory stick, so I can't print pictures here, even though for Valentines day I just bought him his own photo printer, but oh well, he really loves it, so that is all that matters :)

Yesterday, was a big day for electronics in my house, my dad also bought a new tv, we had to do something soon, our old one, which was like 12 years old at least, was beginning to fade out on the right side, when it was start in the morning it was almost black, and then once it warmed up you could see the picture, but everything was really blurry. So, RJ came to Best Buy with me and my dad and we picked out a 27 inch tv, which RJ had to carry in the house all by himself (thanks RJ), because of my dad's wrists (really bad arthritis)...........needless to say my parents love it, our old tv was like half the size of this one, so they have jumped into the 21st century with a bang heheh.

I know I missed a whole bunch of stories from Christmas time, but I had no time at all to blog, I was dead tired. The Deli Manager at the store that RJ and I work at, was really sick, I mean she sounded deadly on the phone, she must have been off from work for almost two months, most of November, right through December and the beginning of January. SO, since our store hires no one for fill in jobs, I worked the Deli full time mostly, like 40 hrs a week, plus my regular cash shifts, so I was clocking around 55-60 hrs a week, and some times more, I think for a two week period there I had 112 hours, which was really good for the pay cheque, because after 88hrs, I got overtime pay, phew what a great pay, which they could all be that high hehehe!!!! Anyways, I am gonna try to tell some of the fun during Christmas time.

As usual, RJ and I were travellin back and forth between both of our families, during the holidays (which is why one day RJ I will take you up on that offer to move to Alaska hehe), so the Thursday before Christmas we went to RJ's stepsister's house out in Hamilton, it was a fun night, I was a little sore that night though, because I hurt my shoulder the day before at work, pushing a whole stack of bakery carts to the backroom, but it got me out of playing the stupid games that we are forced to play into the late hours of the morning. We kinda got left out of organization for Christmas gifts this year, RJ stepmom had told him that it was 50 dollars per couple, but I guess what she meant was they had picked couples and then you only had to buy for them, but we bought gifts for everyone, since we didn't really understand or weren't really told what was going on.....so I dunno for a few days that sorta left a bad taste in my mouth, its not a huge deal, I just kinda felt like an ass sitting there, that was really the most upsetting part, not so much the gifts, who cares about that, its about seeing and spending time with family.....it just made us feel left out or not included....so ya things feel weird now, but I am sure they will be alright by next year right!!

Then Christmas eve, well we both had to work all day and for even more stress Nick (RJ's step dad) was picking us up about a half an hour, after I was done work, and since we were staying over until the next morning, I still had to pack of course, because hello, why would I ever do anything to prepare ahead heheh..........but we made it.........it was a nice night, we had a great dinner and lots of snacks and watched a Christmas Story. However, Christmas morning, RJ's mom woke us up at 7am, what are we 5 years old again, we didn't go to bed until 1am, and we were exhausted, but we dragged our butts out of bed and opened gifts, which Santa was great to both of us this year, and then we had a huge breakfast and finally got really and left around noon and headed to my house. Where we then opened gifts with my parents, watched Finding Nemo and the DVD player I bought them, which they were amazed by hehehe, and then we were off to my Sisters for dinner...........by 1am that night I could barely keep my eyes open, but it was a great time. The store was open boxing day, but I think we made like 6 thousand dollars that day, I was in the night office and it was sooo boring, I usually count anywhere between 15 and 20 thousand dollars on a saturday night, so I could have done this day in my sleep I tell ya !! Soooo boring, but oh well, RJ and I pretended to work all day, it was fun hehehe!!

SO that was most of my Christmas in a nutshell if you will heheheh!!

New years was a crazzy day, that was the day our store manager decided we have to inventories for the meat, deli/bakery and produce departments today, because they have to be in on Monday morning, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. So, needless to say, what a day......I counted the deli and bakery, with this other girl in the deli dept, who hates me, I dunno why, but she does, who can hate this face, but she does. She doesn't acknowledge my presence if RJ is standing by me, she will ask RJ direct questions and ignore me, but now it has become more amuzing then hurtful....we counted everything by about 11am, I had everything entered into the computer by 1pm, RJ then had to enter his meat dept inventory, so I suggested that I enter the produce counts upstairs in the office, so we could at least finish these by 6pm that night, which we did, we had lunch around 2ish and finally we were done around 4:30, what a day though, just running around everywhere it maddening!! We headed to RIch's for New Years, it was just the 3 of us, but it was fun we watched tv and ate a whole lotta junk food...it was actually a nice relaxing night which was what we needed!!

So this brings me up to January, which I hope to finish more and more each day....instead of allowing months to go by.............I' m soooo lazy I tell ya!!
