hot hot summer

Hey All,
Been busy ya woowow like two months since a post I am bad -- but its been a good busy, cuz its been a fun summer thus far.
So ya I was just kinda re-reading my last blog entry and ya sooo the deli manager is still not back, ya thats right - so I am still kinda running the show ( or so I like to think so haha). Umm this last week has been particularly crazzy. First about two weeks ago, our store manager's father passed away, it was quite a shock, so he had to leave immediately, and of course since the cash office manager is his wife she was going as well, so within a day they were leaving for newfoundland. Needless to say I am still stuck in the deli at this point, so they had to ask one of our cash office girls to delay her vacation - well not that she was going anywhere, but she takes the summer off to spend with her girls and just to relax a bit. So, she agreed which was a saving grace. But then this week and next week our manager's left again for newfoundland because his eldest daughter is getting married there this saturday. So, this means I am working in the cash office Monday to Friday plus my usual Saturday shift and then trying to order and keep the deli running as well, so far so good. But I walk in Monday morning, the first day I have to do a deposit for Brinks all by myself and all of the Front End computers are down, including the one in the office AHHHHHHHHHHHH - so in a panic I call RJ, he talks me through re-booting the dang machine, it starts working again phew - but the cash registers keep signing off, and going offline throughout the day but thankfully nothing affecting the balancing at night phew.
Today being Tuesday was a much smoother day --- there was no major complications, a lot of cranky customers, but I always dismiss that to the hot weather hehehe.

But anyways, Camping this year was fantastic, the past years have been super fun, but the weather always seemed to put a damper on things, this year oh no ! Fantastic weather and gorgeous water to swim in. The only negative to the whole weekend was the hungry bugs, man the first night, they nearly ate us alive, but it got better from there. So overall it was a great weekend and soooo much fun!!

hmmm this weekend is RJ's birthday, can't wait should be lots of fun, we are all just getting together at the PUmp for some dinner and drinks -- lots of ppl are coming all our friends and tons of people from work as well, so I am really excited. THe only problems is of course is that we have to work until 8:30 that night and still make it there for 9 pm its gonna be tough but we will make it - I am sure!
